Rockford city officials have said that the Monarch Energy data center can’t be stopped for legal reasons. But no one, including the current and previous mayor, have shown the public any document that unequivocally binds the city to allow the data center to proceed.
Please sign our petition today: We urgently ask the Mayor and City Council to do everything in their power to stop the Monarch Energy data center project.
